We depend on the generosity of our donors to enable us to provide valuable services to communities. Your donations are put to good
use, providing opportunities for a better life to people and animals with disabilities and people with disadvantaging circumstances by
facilitating outreach services, creating jobs, furnishing homes, clothing families, feeding the community, providing free training and cash
grants. We use your donation wisely spending 90 cents out of every dollar raised from your donation on our family programs and
outreach services.

Due to various health, safety, & legal reasons, as well as
space considerations and our clients' needs, there are some
donations we are unable to accept. Please help us best
serve our clients by not bringing anything broken or dirty.
Why Donate?
There are a host of reasons to donate to PISI. For instance, if you donate to PISI you may gain certain tax benefits. If you donate, you will
be able to help others and you may get a tax deduction for your charitable contribution. Another great reason to donate is to reduce
clutter. A decision to donate to PISI does not necessarily mean a cash donation. You can donate by giving items as well. Are there things
taking up space in your home/business that you could donate to PISI? A decision to donate can reduce the clutter in your home/business
and leave you with that good feeling that accompanies every decision to donate. Of course one of the greatest reasons to donate to PISI
is to help the less fortunate. If you have been blessed, making a decision to donate can help you give a little back. Have you had times in
your life when you needed a little help from PISI? Now that you are on your feet, why not make PISI the beneficiary of your decision to
donate to charity? It is never a bad idea to return goodwill and if your decision to donate to PISI helps someone who once helped you it
just makes it that much more appropriate. Finally, determine the cause that means the most to you when making your decision to donate.
If you are going to donate to PISI, it only makes sense to choose one or several of our Family Programs and Outreach Services that
matters to you.

books, real estate, boats, office space, tools, house, electronics, and more.
ANIMAL OUTREACH DONATIONS Suppliers are also very welcome to donate too! Here’s a list of some things that PISI need/can always use more of:
|
 | | Blankets, towels, sheets & fleece
|
 | | Cages, pet carriers & aquariums (in all different sizes)
|
 | | Heating pads and heat lamps
|
 | | Bandages & rolls/squares of gauze- the same used for human first aid is great for animals!
|
 | | Enrichment toys, this can take the form of PCV tubes for squirrels to run through & hide in, old tyres for raccoons to swing on or |
| | dog houses for foxes to den inside! Also, things that you would buy for a pet guinea pig/hamster/gerbil, like hay-balls, wheels and little hiding-huts, are loved by little mammals!
|
 | | Feeding & water dishes
|
 | | Scale(s) to weigh the animals (a gram scale up to a kg scale!)
|
 | | Animal food (birdseed, mammal feed, dog & cat food, nuts, etc.)
|
 | | Incubators
|
 | | Nets
|
 | | A playpen or 2- great for young baby fawns
|

|
 | | Nest boxes of various sizes. These are great to have in the woods around WTS as it can be hard to find a place to nest, and this |
| | way newly released animals will have places to nest and make into a home.
|
 | | Flea & tick powder/sprays & flea combs
|
 | | Have-a-Heart traps in various sizes
|
 | | Plastic tubs (for animals to practice bathing & swimming!)
